NATO and the G8 have a conference in Chicago the week before the HRO conference. This means hotels in Chicago are fully booked. If you plan on combining a visit to Chicago with this conference we suggest you plan on staying after the HRO conference.

ABSTRACT Submissions


Please submit abstracts for oral and poster presentations through this website by April 16, 2012.

Send in your Abstract Presentation. Presenters of abstracts (oral or poster) must be registered and attend the conference. There is no reduction in registration fees for abstract presentations.

Abstracts Submission should be no more than 600 words.
Please include name, address, industry/affiliation, abstract.

If you are returning to the airport after the conference (May 23 at the end of session) we will arrange for bus service to either O’Hare or Midway airports. The bus will depart after the last session. Bus fare is non-refundable.

Taxis are expensive from either Chicago O’Hare or Midway Airports.

We recommend use of a limousine service.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Written notice of cancellation received on or before April 30, 2012 will be refunded less a $50 processing fee without exception (to be processed after the meeting).  Because we have limited registrations, no refunds will be issued for cancellations received after April 30, 2012. Substitution of registrants is allowed.

Conference Cost: $575

The registration form and payment must be received before you can be "officially" registered for the event. The confirmation page will have a button for you to choose how you will submit payment.
